FAQs

How long does it take to process my order? Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. This does not include ship time.   

Do you ship to the US mainland?  Yes. We ship within the USA (Hawaii and the Mainland).  We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addressses.  

What shipping carrier do you use?
Rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order. We use USPS Domestic First-Class Package (weight not over 15.999 oz.) or Priority Mail. Average shipping rates range from $4-$8.

Is shipping tracked and insured?  Yes. Shipping is tracked (First Class Mail) and insured (Priority Mail, most up to $50). 

How long to receive my order? You will receive your order anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.  

Will I receive a shipping notification?  Yes. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped.

Do you provide local delivery and/or pick-up?  Not at this time.

Do you accept returns?  Yes. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchange or store credit (gift card) No cash or credit card refunds. All sale items or purchases made using a promo code are FINAL SALE. There are no returns on food, flowers, plants, accessories, jewelry, candles, soap, beauty or wellness products.

Do you pay for return shipping?  No. We are not responsible for the shipping charges on return items. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
